There’s nothing we love more at The Occasional Reporter towers than being able to celebrate nostalgia, treasured memories and special occasions. So, when we joined forces with wedding blogger Bridezilcho for an amazingly unique giveaway competition, it was almost too exciting to wait and find out who would win!
The competition was held over on Instagram, offering a grand prize of one of our beautiful front pages, designed for a special someone the entrant tagged in a comment below the post.
We received loads of great entries from lovely people who wanted to give their best friends, sisters, husbands, wives and partners a truly unique gift. We don’t blame them, it’s a gorgeous present to give to anyone, for any reason!
Our winner, picked at random, was Cara from the West Midlands, who wants to have her front page written and designed especially for her dad for his 70th birthday. Seventy years of memories and stories! We can’t wait to get cracking on this one.

You want to show them just how proud you are. You also want to find a good home for the really embarrassing photo you found on their Facebook from Freshers’ Week. Incorporate both sentimentality and silliness with a unique front page by The Occasional Reporter.
Just don’t blame us if they use the cardboard packing tube to whack you with once they see the photo you’ve chosen.
