Terms and Conditions

Before placing an order, please familiarise yourself with our terms and conditions, which are designed to protect your purchase and your rights as a customer.

1. Our bespoke newspaper pages are made to your requirements and, with that in mind, we regret to inform you that at no stage following purchase will it be possible to cancel your order. This does not affect your legal rights as a consumer, in relation to bespoke goods that are faulty or not as described here on our website.
2. If you have any questions, queries or amendments to your order, these must be made before you view the finished piece in Word document form. Once you have signed off your personalised gift and given The Occasional Reporter the go-ahead to send your page to our designers, additional amends will be charged at £15. This is providing your personalised page is not at the printing stage. In which case, any amends will be charged at £20.
3. If your newspaper page does not meet our product description, please contact us and we will remedy this as soon as possible, sending an amended version to you in the post. You must notify us within seven days of your purchase, and please be aware that full refunds will not be supplied, due to the bespoke nature of our products.
